Kat Allen began her practice of family law during law school and has gained considerable experience since her admission to the Illinois Bar. Ms. Allen received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Allen served as a judicial extern in the Cook County Domestic Relations Division and was Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Allen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining The Rosing Law Firm in 2011, Ms. Allen practiced family law throughout Cook and DuPage Counties before devoting her practice exclusively to Lake County.  She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.
