William G. Rosing founded the firm in 1967. After graduating from the University of Illinois, he was employed for three years in the Lake County State's Attorney's Office. A distinguished municipal attorney, Mr. Rosing was named one of The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Rosing was also selected as one of the 20 top divorce lawyers in the Chicagoland area by North Shore Magazine.

Mr. Rosing has written and lectured extensively in many areas of the law. He has been an active trial lawyer in Lake County for over 30 years and his practice emphasizes the areas of family and municipal law; however, he is also engaged in all areas of civil and criminal practice.

Mr. Rosing is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served on its Board of Mangers for two years, is a member of the Lake County Matrimonial Law Committee, the Illinois Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court.
